Under the General Data Protection Regulation, your participants have the opportunity to unsubscribe from your email campaigns.

You can see who's unsubscribed directly from your Back-Office > Manage tab > My contacts > Columns button> Indicators > click on Manual mail subscription.

Your next campaigns will automatically take into account that these people do not want to receive emails anymore. They will be automatically removed from the recipients. 

You can create a segment identifying these people directly from the segments :

You can then export this segment from General event settings > Export > New export


  • In case you have several events, the unsubscription to manual campaigns is only valid for the event concerned.
  • It is not possible to unsubscribe from notifications and automations.
  • Unsubscribing from campaigns automatically changes the participant's invitation status to "declined".
