To authorize accompanists' registration on your event, go in the tab Event Website > Website settings > Registration > Enable multi registration.
1) Add a rule, name it et enter the maximum number of accompanists.
2) If needed, indicate a certain category of contacts that will be allowed to register accompanists, by using the segments system.
If all your contacts are allowed to add accompanists do not enter any condition but only click on "Add" then save.
3) Then, select in the drop down list, the form that needs to be filled in to register accompanists.
In the Contacts tab > Columns, check "multiple registration". In this column:
- To see the first name, last name and email address of the contact who registered this accompanist, place your cursor on the mention "accompanist",
- To display the accompanists' information, click on the green round with a number on it.
