An Add-on is a specific additional functionality that you can offer as a complement to your tickets.
How do I add add-ons to my tickets?
1. Add-on procedure :
- First, create your tickets.
- Create your add-on and select the associated tickets
- Name it and add a description if necessary.
- Check "Free ticket" or "Paid ticket" as required.
- Enter the number of tickets available, or uncheck "Limited stock".
- Allow participants to order multiple add-ons, applying a minimum and maximum number of purchases per order.
2. Add-ons purchase conditions :
To benefit from the additional options, participants must first purchase the main ticket before being able to add an add-on. It is therefore not possible to select an add-on without selecting a ticket.
