To connect to wifi, 4G or Bluetooth, go to the scanner settings; then :

To activate the wifi: Connections > Activate wifi > Choose your network > Fill in the password.
To enable 4G: Connections > Mobile Network > Enable Data Roaming and Connections > Data Usage > Enable Mobile Data.
To connect to Bluetooth: Connections > Enable Bluetooth > Search for your device.
