When preparing your check-in, there are two possible scenarios:
- The Digicheck app is installed on the device: all you have to do is click on the Digicheck logo (the little blue and yellow bird), enter the event code and click on access.
Note that the event code can be found in the back office > Check-in app.
- The Digicheck app is not installed on the device: you will have to download it by searching in the Playstore for "Digicheck". To do this, log into your Google account, search for Digicheck in the search bar and download the app.
Please note that the application is only available on Android. If you are using a device other than an Android, you can access it directly on your browser via: https://check.digitevent.com.
