This feature allows you to export your attendees' documents before, during and after your event in several ways.

How do I export? 

  1. Manage tab > General > Export > New export.
  2. Choose the type of file you wish to export.
    • If you wish to export PDF badges, Qr Codes/Bar Codes or invoices of your participants. The export will be a compressed folder containing one file for each participant.
  3. Use the segment system, or choose "All participants", to export part or all of your contact database.
  4. You can choose the name of each exported file according to the data of each participant by selecting the nominative values (Example: if you want the first and last names of the participants, you have to insert the nominative values *|FIRSTNAME|* and *|NAME|*).
  5. If you wish to download a sign-in sheet of your participants please click on PDF with signature :
    • Use the segment system, or choose "All participants", to export part or all of your contact database.
    • Choose the fields to be displayed in the export.
    • Enter the title, Header text and check "Repeat header [...]" if you want to find this information on all pages of the exported PDF.
  6. Then click on Start Export.


Note: 

The preparation of your export requires a slight delay, a refresh button will appear next to "In progress".

Each export file is available for 15 days.
