This feature allows you to export your attendees' documents before, during, and after your event in several ways.
You can export:
- PDF Badges
- QR codes and barcodes
- Checking sheets with signatures
- Invoices and CERFAS
- Participants' virtual or physical matchmaking sessions

How do I export?
- In your Back-Office > General event settings > Export > New export
- Choose the type of file you wish to export. If you wish to export PDF badges, QR Codes/Barcodes, or invoices of your participants. The export will be a compressed folder containing one file for each participant.
- Use the segment system, or choose "All participants", to export part or all of your contact database.
- You can choose the name of each exported file according to the data of each participant by selecting the nominative values (Example: if you want the first and last names of the participants, you have to insert the nominative values *|FIRSTNAME|* and *|NAME|*).
- If you wish to download a sign-in sheet of your participants please click on PDF with signature:
- Use the segment system, or choose "All participants", to export part or all of your contact database.
- Choose the fields to be displayed in the export.
- Enter the title, header text, and check "Repeat header [...]" if you want to find this information on all pages of the exported PDF
- Then click on "Export".
Note:
- The preparation of your export presents a slight delay, a refresh button will appear next to "In progress".
- Each export file is available for 15 days.
