This feature allows you to export your attendees' documents before, during, and after your event in several ways.

How do I export? 

  1. In your Back-Office > Import of contacts and exports > Export.
  2. Choose the type of file you wish to export.
  3. If you wish to export PDF badges, QR Codes/Barcodes, or invoices of your participants. The export will be a compressed folder containing one file for each participant. 
  •  Use the segment system, or choose "All participants", to export part or all of your contact database.
  • You can choose the name of each exported file according to the data of each participant by selecting the nominative values (Example: if you want the first and last names of the participants, you have to insert the nominative values *|FIRSTNAME|* and *|NAME|*).

  4. If you wish to download a sign-in sheet of your participants please click on PDF with signature:

  • Use the segment system, or choose "All participants", to export part or all of your contact database.
  • Choose the fields to be displayed in the export.
  • Enter the title, header text, and check "Repeat header [...]" if you want to find this information on all pages of the exported PDF.

  5. Then click on "Export".


Note:

 

The preparation of your export presents a slight delay, a refresh button will appear next to "In progress".

Each export file is available for 15 days.
