During your events, you have the possibility to collect the signatures of the participants from the tablets.
To collect your participants' signatures during the check-in:
- In Check-in app tab > Check-in points
- Choose the checkpoint on which you want to display the signature
- Active "Use signature check-in"
- Also, active "Add a clause" if necessary and insert your text
- Thus, the signature will appear on your tablet on the chosen checkpoint(s)
During the check-in:
- Click on the "Signature" button to have the participant sign in:
- Using the stylus or directly with the finger, the participant signs in the insert. At this stage, it is possible to cancel the signature or start over if necessary.
- There are two steps to validate the signature: "Save" then "Validate the signature".
- The validation of the signature automatically checks in the participant. He is then considered as "arrived" at the event.
Attention: after validation, it is no longer possible to modify the signature.
To recover the signatures of your participants when exporting your data, make a PDF export of the signatures.
