The labels (that you will put on your badge holders) are available in 3 sizes:

  • 57*19mm: white, good for up to 2 fields (name and surname for example).
  • 57*32mm: white or transparent, most-used format, good for up to 4 fields:

            - 4 text fields

            - 3 text fields and 1 barcode

            - 2 text fields and 1 QR code

  • 51*76mm: white, up to 4 fields:

            - 4 text fields

            - 3 text fields and 1 barcode

            - 3 text fields and 1 QR code

The maximum length of the fields is an average of 20 characters on each line (varies depending on the font-size: small/medium/large).

Our demonstration video of the printing solution uses the 57*32 mm format.

Print a barcode or QR-code on badges

  • In your Back-Office >  Check-in app > On-site badge printing > Print badge stickers, select the fields to print on the badge > Check the "Print a barcode" or "Print a QR Code" box to add a barcode/QR code instead of the 4th field.

Barcodes and QR codes can be useful if you have several secondary check-in points, for example.
